Excellent customer service! One can never tell what to expect at a dealer. The service department is the backbone of any dealership. My initial call was to the service manager for tires for my daughter’s car. I relayed my tire preference and he had an assuring “Can do” attitude. He returned my call with a favorable quote and we scheduled an appointment. I received a message entailing the schedule. Upon drop off, I realized the car needed the engine oil and filter change. Without hesitation they worked it in. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received, from the initial call to picking up my daughter’s car.
